"The Culinary Experience was one of its kind , absolutely adventurous esp learning to hold the pan with fire and learning to cook and amazing Peruvian dish Ceviche , the chefs were so patient and thorough in their teaching , even though I had a language barrier but they were able to explain every thing perfectly, I even learnt how to plate a dish and I even learned how to make pisco drinks , professional way. The bartender was absolutely professional and a great teacher , Nanka Resturant was a great place to have this experience. Thankyou to an amazing team"
"Our experience at Nanka exceeded our expectations. Since my wife didn't speak Spanish, David was able to join us as an interpreter. We had the honor of participating in the preparation of our lunch (ceviche, lomo saltado, and pisco sour) in the restaurant's kitchen. The chefs, waiters, and servers were supportive and encouraging, even when I was being mischievous. My only advice is to follow the chef's instructions and not put too much lime in your ceviche! Mine was very acidic! Besides the delicious food, the conversations with everyone added to the experience. This was a highlight of our time in Lima."
